Do you offer catering?

We offer pick-up and delivery catering within 15 miles of all SoFresh locations.  

Can I order catering the same day as my event?

We ask for orders to be placed at least 18 hours before your event - but we do our best to accommodate any last minute requests. Just reach out to catering@lovesofresh.com

How do I place a pick-up catering order?

After making your menu selections on our Order Catering page, proceed to Checkout where you will have the option to select "Local Pick-Up". 

Can I place an order over email or the phone?

We request all orders to be placed via our Order Catering page. This helps us ensure a more seamless and secure ordering process. Any questions, you can always reach us at catering@lovesofresh.com.

Is there a minimum purchase?

We accept pick-up catering orders of all sizes. For delivery, there’s a minimum of $100.

I’d like to order catering for more than 30 people (more than your large package serves). What are my options?

Our "feeds 4" and "feeds 8" catering packages are starting points, but you can order as many as you’d like to accommodate your whole party. Have 44 guests? Order 5 “feeds 8” packages and 1 “feeds 4” package.  For larger orders (20+), we recommend adding 1-2 extra “A La Carte” sides to your order.

FOOD & SETUP

How much food comes in an A La Carte tray?

Each of our A La Carte trays feed 5 people, with portions similar to the in-restaurant portion sizes.

How is the food packaged?

All of our catering is served in family style trays.

Does my order include plates, napkins, etc.?

All orders will arrive with napkins and bowls. For serving utensils and eating utensils, you’ll see an option on the checkout page to request those as well.

Will your team help set up my order?

Besides special events, our catering services are drop-off only.

What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you have?

We accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs. You can view our vegan options as well as see allergens in the descriptions of all our menu items. If you have additional questions about ingredients, please email catering@lovesofresh.com. Feel free to mention any allergen sensitivities in the "Special Requests" box at checkout. 

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

When should I request delivery drop-off if my event starts at XX AM/PM?

You can select delivery windows of 15 minutes (ex: 12:00-12:15 PM) on our ordering page. We recommend choosing an earlier window to allow for food set-up.

What if my address is outside your delivery zone?

While we can’t 100% guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to check with us. You’ll be able to fill out a request form if placing a delivery order with an out-of-zone address. You can always place a pick-up order from a nearby SoFresh location.

Do you offer house accounts?

Yes, we do! Our house accounts with monthly billing are a great option for companies looking to place a large volume of catering orders. If you’re interested in setting one up, please email catering@lovesofresh.com.

Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?

Tipping is optional, but a gratuity of 5-15% (or any custom amount) can be added at checkout and is always appreciated.

How do I pay with a school voucher?

Please send an email to catering@lovesofresh.com to have your email address approved before placing an order. You’ll receive an invoice after ordering to coordinate payment with your internal accounting contact.

ORDER CHANGES

How do I make edits to my order?

If your requested delivery time is more than 24 hours out, you can edit your order by logging into your LoveSoFresh.com account, or by sending an email to catering@lovesofresh.com

What is your cancellation policy?

We do charge 50% of your order’s total for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time, but there are no charges for cancellations with more than a day’s notice. The more heads-up we have, the better. We’ll try our best to accommodate your scheduling changes, email us at catering@lovesofresh.com.
